Accomplishments
Mr. Hempstead has a wide spectrum of litigation experience with Evans & Dixon, Suelthaus & Walsh and the Brasher Law Firm. He is a partner with Behr, McCarter & Potter. He has participated in civil cases involving personal injury, FELA, products liability and professional malpractice including doctors, hospitals, attorneys and architects; general business litigation including minority shareholder disputes, purchase and sale of businesses, class actions, non-competes, fraud, securities, real estate, banks, and will contests; construction litigation, mechanics liens and claims against sureties and insurance. Mr. Hempstead has authored the "Tortious Interference with Contracts" Chapter of the Missouri Bar CLE. He has also lectured at local, state and national seminars.
