Accomplishments

Mediation is a natural extension of Mrs. Vogel’s litigation background which includes multiple jury trials across the state. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants and has been in private practice as well as public service. Her experience ranges over the areas of eminent domain, construction defects, design defects, worker’s compensation, general risk management, personal injury, community association issues, outdoor advertising, real and personal property taxing issues, utility assessments, security matters and municipal representation. Mrs. Vogel also worked as an administrative hearing officer with the Missouri Tax Commission from 1986-1989. She has also negotiated numerous employment agreements and merger contracts for attorneys.
