Accomplishments
Mr. James is a
retired attorney and former Senior Partner and Managing Partner of
Wuestling and James, L.C. (1984-2005). In his practice, he has
represented both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of personal
injury litigation including products liability, premises liability,
auto, legal malpractice and wrongful death. He has also litigated
insurance coverage questions and issues including permissive use and
under/uninsured motorist coverage. He also has experience in probate
court matters. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of
Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, Inc. He has tried, to conclusion,
approximately 200 lawsuits. He was a recipient of the Lon O. Hocker
