Accomplishments
Since 1985, Linda Hahn has concentrated her practice in civil litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants. After clerking for the Eastern District of the Missouri Court of Appeals, she practiced with Kortenhof & Ely, Casey & Meyerkord and Hahn Enright & Hansen. Since 1992, her area of practice has been primarily in defense of personal injury litigation, general liability, automobile, wrongful death, premise liability, and products liability cases. She has been a lecturer for numerous CLEs on diverse topics ranging from taking and defending depositions, effective use of mediation, and use of technology in trial preparation and in the courtroom.
