Accomplishments
Mr. Liese began the
practice of law at Evans & Dixon in September, 1972. In 1974, he
became associated with Holtkamp and Beckemeier, P.C. Since 1975, he
has been a principal in Holtkamp, Liese, Schultz & Hilliker, P.C.
During his career, Mr. Liese has been a litigator and has appeared
before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit, U.S. District Court,
Eastern District, Supreme Court of Missouri, Missouri Court of
Appeals, E.D. and the Circuit Courts of the City of St. Louis, St.
Louis County as well as numerous other circuits in the State of
Missouri. He has also practiced before the Division of Workers’
Compensation and Labor and Industrial Relations Commission. Although
Mr. Liese’s law practice has primarily involved defense of civil
suits, he has tried cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants
in federal and state courts. Mr. Liese has litigated many cases
involving bodily injury, personal injury and property damage. For
