Accomplishments
Over
his 30 years in practice, Mr. Venker has worked on cases in several
areas of law, including: medical malpractice; employment
discrimination and business disputes; product liability; commercial
matters; general liability; and insurance coverage. He has also served
as in-house counsel at Monsanto Company in the late 1980’s. He has
participated in numerous cases as an advocate for plaintiffs and
