Mr. Reeg has served as a mediator in numerous cases including toxic tort, class actions, employment discrimination, insurance coverage as well as personal injury claims involving products, premises and vehicular injury. Kurt has also participated in more than 100 mediations, mini-trials and other ADR proceedings. He is the author of numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at bar conferences. Kurt brings to the table an extraordinary wealth of experience, knowledge and common sense. For more than 35 years, Mr. Reeg has focused his litigation practice in the fields of toxic and mass torts, products liability, complex insurance coverage, environmental law, agriculture and farm law, class actions and been involved in cases concerning aviation, biotechnology, chemicals, construction equipment, drugs and medical devices, hydraulic equipment, ladders, lead, mold, pesticides, asbestos, silica, herbicides, chemicals and environmental hazards. He has represented clients in over twenty states before their state and federal courts and has served as National and Regional Coordinating Counsel for various clients.
