Accomplishments

Mr. Cipolla has conducted more than 180 mediations, primarily in the area of employment discrimination. He has also mediated cases involving commercial disputes, real property and toxic torts. He was the Special Master for Settlement for Missouri’s 22nd Judicial Circuit for their asbestos docket from 1993-2000. He currently practices as a full-time neutral as both a mediator and arbitrator.
