Accomplishments
Mr. Goffstein has been a partner in Goffstein, Raskas, Pomerantz, Kraus & Sherman, LLC. He has tried many jury cases to conclusion in the area of professional malpractice, including physicians, attorneys, architects, engineers, insurance agents and brokers, real estate agents and brokers, products liability, automobile and premises liability, business litigation and employment law litigation. Mr. Goffstain has spent a greater percentage of his time as a defense attorney, but has also been involved in many cases as a plaintiffís attorney. Mr. Goffstein has participated as an advocate for both plaintiffs and defendants in more that fifty mediations.
