Accomplishments

Mr. Whitt is currently the President of The Challenge Group, Inc.  Mr. Whitt specializes in providing program and project management, construction administration and services, dispute resolution assistance, claims analysis and evaluation, claims management and training programs for public and private clients in the construction industry.  His experience includes a wide range of projects; public assembly facilities, sports venues; casino/entertainment developments; educational facilities; commercial buildings; power/industrial plants; water and wastewater plants; airport facilities and light rail projects.  As a Program Manager, projects include commercial, sports, entertainment, gaming, institutional, public, rehabilitation, infrastructure and residential building programs ranging in value from $50,000 to $600 million.  Mr. Whitt has presided over and attended numerous arbitrations and mediations regarding construction, commercial and employee/employer disputes.
