Accomplishments
Ms. Jackson is a Partner of Bryan Cave LLP.
She is a trial lawyer in general business and commercial litigation,
including class action and antitrust litigation, environmental disputes
including insurance coverage disputes, enforcement actions and criminal
actions, contract disputes, employment litigation and personal injury
litigation.
Ms. Jackson has served as lead trial counsel in state
and federal courts in southern Illinois.
She defended three clients in 2,500 cases filed simultaneously in
state court for personal injuries arising from exposure to asbestos.
In addition, she has represented clients in numerous toxic tort
cases in state and federal court and has been involved in the defense of
civil and criminal environmental enforcement actions.
