Accomplishments

Mr. Mueller has been of counsel with Frank, Dolan and Mueller, LLC since 2005. From 1990-2005 Mr. Mueller was Principal with Moser and Marsalek, P.C. He was also a Partner with Moser and Marsalek, Carpenter, Cleary, Jaeckel & Keaney from 1965-1990. In his practice he has primarily been involved in all types of personal injury claims including products liability, premises liability, auto, legal and medical malpractice and wrongful death. He has also litigated insurance coverage questions that have included permissive use as well as under/uninsured motorist claims.
