Terry has served as both an advocate and neutral in numerous mediations. Mr. Brown has experience both as a Plaintiff's lawyer and as a Defense Lawyer. Mr. Brown's service as a neutral includes eight figure settlements and multiparty situations. Mr. Brown has been in private practice since 1974 concentrating his efforts in personal injury litigation, admiralty law, products liability, FELA, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, fire loss, complex insurance and commercial law. Mr. Brown has tried numerous cases to conclusion. He is currently Managing Partner of Brown and Associates. Mr. Brown has previously been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Saint Louis University School of Law. He has been a lecturer/presenter at Trial Techniques Seminars.
