Judge in St. Louis County, Missouri 1966-1979.
Throughout his judicial career, Judge Wiesman has presided over and
settled thousands of cases involving medical and other professional
malpractice, premises liability, wrongful death, vehicle collisions,
products liability, employment discrimination, real estate disputes,
employment agreement and other contract disputes, fraud, insurance coverage
and eminent domain disputes. He
is the recipient of the Robert Walston Chubb Award of the Legal Services of
Eastern Missouri, the Faith in Action Award of the Lutheran Family and
Children’s Services of Missouri and special recognitions from the Missouri
Judicial Conference and numerous other organizations.
